Groundhog comes out of his burrow and either sees his shadow or doesn't.
1 - If he sees his shadow, he gets scared and goes back into his burrow and winter continues for 6 weeks.
2 - If he does not see his shadow, spring starts... eeemediately! (with apologies to Eddie Olczyk.)
Right now... option 1 sounds really good.
