Well THAT was annoying.

Food diary time.


1 packet Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal (160 cal) for breakfast, along with a trail mix granola bar (160 cal).

Rice pilaf (190 cal) and corn/ground beef mixture (~200 calories) for lunch.

Precipitated: One low blood sugar attack.

Requiring a big mac value meal (starting with the soda) for aid.

Note to self: I suspect this means eating more for breakfast.
