Ray Emery was waived and bought out by the Senators earlier than Andrew Raycroft was waived and bought out by the Leafs. Both of the knew it was coming though, and Emery made more of a fuss during the season than did Raycroft.
Yet it is Raycroft who has a new contract with a new team. (1 year with the Avalanche. Likely as Budaj's backup)
Emery... has all but disappeared. (Good riddance to bad rubbish, IMO)
