Climate and habitat and stuff.

There are people who pooh-pooh the whole "global warming" thing.

But there is no denying the fact that the carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere have gone up quite a bit.

And seeing as CO2 is pollution, and some of it that goes into the atmosphere is man-made beyond respiration, AND it is already well known that plants breathe in CO2 and out O2...

The deforestation thing is also well-known... As is the need for O2 by people, and most animals.

So, the BIG question is: What is wrong with cutting CO2 emissions and planting more plants and trees and stuff?

What is wrong with reducing the levels of pollution - not just carbon dioxide - for the sake of the planet?

There is more than just humanity on Earth. It is dangerous to think or say that ONLY humanity matters.

The rest of the living things on this planet also deserve to live here.
