1 - WHY is it that the majority of the soap opera characters who have Multiple Personalities HAVE to have the alter with a similar name to the actual character? Do they not think people who have multiple personalities would be more creative than that? Honestly.
2 - There is only one other alternate personality. (The only place I've seen this not be the case is "One Life to Live", although "Days of Our Lives" and "Santa Barbara" did pretty well too. "Another World" gave it a shot...)
3 - The alternate personality ALWAYS has to do things opposite to the 'main'. Nope, not true either.
4 - Everything leads to integration. When, really, that is not how things work.
5 - It always has to be some sort of severe sexual abuse to result in multiple personalities. Not true.
